Can I change my item after receiving the email confirmation?
No. Unfortunately once items have left our warehouse there is no way to change the order.
What if I accidentally ordered the wrong item, can I return it?
Yes, Please let us know via email within 2 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to change your order before it is shipped from our warehouse. If the item has already left our warehouse you will need to receive it, DO NOT OPEN IT and ship it back to our business address and we will issue a full refund minus return shipping. What countries do you ship to?
Currently we are only shipping to the United States.
How long will it take to receive my item(s)?
We have supply warehouses located in several countries and soon the USA.
Please allow 7-20* business days for USPS delivery after the item has shipped and you receive a tracking number. Most items will arrive in this time frame but some larger items may take longer.
Please note that the customs processes in the destination country may require additional time to process and clear your package, which is in addition to postal service time.
Please allow additional time for your country's customs and postal services to deliver your package during public holidays and peak seasons such as Christmas.
* The average delivery time for recently ordered items has been 11-15 business days from date of payment accepted.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We do not currently offer an expedited shipping option due to The Outdoor Equipment Store’s business model.
Some of the products we feature on the site are pre-orders, where we do not have inventory in stock at the time an item is offered for sale. This allows us to offer lower prices to our customers, but it usually adds about a week or two to the delivery time.
Why have I not received my item(s)?
If your item has not arrived after 20 business days, please contact us at email@example.com for assistance. We will try to track down the item or send you another or a refund.
Who will deliver my item(s)?
The majority of items purchased from us will be delivered via USPS or DHL.
I have placed an order with multiple items, will they all be shipped together in one package?
It is possible that several items will be shipped together if they are sourced from the same warehouse however, many of our products come from different warehouse locations.
We ask that you please be patient when waiting for your items to arrive, keep an eye on the tracking and contact us if you have not received them in the shipping times specified above.
Import Taxes & Duties:
Will I have to pay Custom or Duty fees on my items shipped from overseas?
Our experience is that, in most cases, there are no additional import costs* imposed on your items.
*Recently ordered items had no additional customs fees.
Customs fees depend on the laws of your country. In the majority of cases you are not required to pay any customs fees. Our suppliers have been marking our orders as low-value. Moreover, we send larger orders in separate packages when possible to avoid such charges .
With this being said, you (the buyer) are solely responsible for paying any customs or duty fees or taxes. We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
